Over all this is the case where women are saying the more girth the better but there are reasons why they do not want more girth.

This speaks to a bit of a double standard and makes it difficult to understand for most people. There is the case where a man can have too much girth. With this, any kind of penetration can become painful for the woman. That is why it is not suggested that a man go through the girth increasing surgical procedures.
